COVID-19 Update - April 1, 2020

During these difficult times, we would like to assure our clients that we are currently fulfilling orders and performing deliveries as usual with no interruptions or delays so far for domestic Australian deliveries.

Luxe Bouquet and our courier companies are taking additional measures to help protect the health and safety of our staff and customers in relation to the spread of coronavirus COVID-19. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery, and will be delivered as Authority To Leave (ATL) instead.

We are committed to continuing the timely delivery of our flowers throughout Australia and we will keep clients updated if any disruptions resulting from Coronavirus occur.

We are currently experiencing international delivery delays due to the coronavirus, and we are in communication and working with shipping companies to have these delivered as soon as possible. Please expect delivery delays if your order is to be delivered outside of Australia.

We thank you for your support while we implement these new measures to ensure our people and clients continue to stay safe and healthy.
