Based in Sydney, New South Wales, Luxe Bouquet offers fast delivery all over Australia and worldwide unless specified on the product page. We offer free delivery on all Australian orders over $60 AUD, and competitive international shipping rates.
All flower arrangements shipped interstate and Internationally are carefully and securely packed in custom Luxe Bouquet protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Every order includes complimentary shipping insurance which covers the full product cost of your order. Due to the fragile nature of our flower arrangements, our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order is ready to be dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, all floral deliveries are made contactless to ensure the safety of both the courier and the recipient.
We are able to guarantee specific delivery dates. Same-Day Weekday as well as weekend delivery options are available. Please select your preferred delivery option at the last step during checkout.
Same day weekday delivery is only available for orders placed before 2PM on a weekday.
Saturday Sydney Metro Delivery is only available for orders placed before Friday 5PM of that week.

Flower Delivery to Regional New South Wales and Interstate Cities:
As every individual flower arrangement is made to order from our Sydney warehouse, please allow 1 to 4 business days for delivery to most metro cities within Australia. Regional areas, WA, NT and TAS locations may take longer.
Please understand that while we always try our best to have your order arrive on your selected delivery date, factors outside of our control may affect the delivery time especially after COVID-19. Examples include weather, delivery driver breakdowns, flight delays, natural disasters and other unpredictable factors.
At this stage, we are only able to guarantee delivery dates for metro Sydney. For interstate and regional orders, please place your order well in advance to avoid missing your special occasion. If no date is selected, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible.
We do not offer next-day or weekend delivery and cannot guarantee your roses will arrive on your preferred delivery date. Please ensure the date you select is at least 2 business days from your order date. While our couriers will try their best to have it delivered on that day, there may be instances where your order may be delayed due to factors outside of our control.
If you need an order delivered on a specific date only, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order as we will not offer a refund due to shipping delays outside of our control.

- $15 Express Shipping (1-3 Business days metro). Dispatched same day or next business day after receiving your order confirmation email.
Express and Priority Delivery Options for Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania:
- Free Shipping (5-12 Business Days). Dispatched after 1-2 business days.
- $40 Express Shipping (4-6 Business Days Metro). Dispatched same day or next business day after receiving your order confirmation email.
- $70 Priority Shipping (3 Business Days). Dispatched same or next business day after receiving your order confirmation email.
We recommend and encourage that you pre-order your favourite arrangements as we may sell out closer to your special date. Simply select a future delivery date at the cart screen during checkout. You can find confirmation of your selected date displayed in your order confirmation email. If you cannot find the selected date in your email, please reach out to email@example.com as soon as you can so we can investigate and rectify this on our end. If no date is selected, orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
For all international shipping, we use express courier services and will provide you with tracking details. Please allow approximately 4 to 13 business days for your flowers to arrive. During these uncertain times, our international shipments are impacted by flight cancellations, restricted flights and increased parcel volumes. Every international order will require signature upon delivery.
You will be provided with a tracking number for every delivery once the order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping rates will be generated upon checkout based on your delivery address. These rates are inclusive of protective packaging and fragile courier services, and are the best available rates in the market. We consistently review these rates, conduct market research and test new courier services to ensure that we are able to provide deliveries at the lowest possible cost.
