Are your everlasting roses real?
Yes! Luxe Bouquet’s everlasting roses are natural, fresh Ecuadorian roses that have been specially treated with a proprietary solution to maintain their appearance for up to a year. Our preserved flowers are non-carcinogenic, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and do not pose any risk to human health or the environment.
How do I take care of my everlasting roses?
Luxe Bouquet’s roses are designed for minimal maintenance. Please carefully take note of the following recommendations for a long-lasting impression of our Everlasting roses:
- Do not water the roses.
- Do not remove the roses from their packaging.
- Use a gentle brush to remove any dust that has accumulated on the rose petals.
- Keep the roses at room-temperature.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, strong air conditioning vents and fans.
- Wipe our Everlasting Rose domes with a microfibre cloth and glass cleaner to reduce fogginess.
Do you make personalised floral arrangements?
Of course! We can personalise any arrangement to match your vision. Examples include letters, symbols, patterns or a combination of your favourite colours from our extensive colour palette. Please send us an email us at email@example.com so we can start working with you.
Please note, we do require notice one week in advance for any special arrangements.
Can I remove the everlasting roses from their box and place them in a vase?
Unfortunately no. Our everlasting roses are designed to stay in the box and cannot be removed as this will damage the arrangement.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Simply contact us via live chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org we can assist you in purchasing Luxe Bouquet gift cards.
Do you cater for corporate functions/party events/weddings?

What are your shipping times within Australia?
As all arrangements are made to order, we generally require a minimum of 1 business day to dispatch orders from our Sydney Warehouse. Please allow 1 to 4 business days for delivery to metro cities within Australia. Regional areas, WA,NT, and TAS locations may take longer.
NSW: 0-2 business days
VIC/ACT: 2-3 business days
QLD: 2-5 business days
TAS/NT: 5-6 business days - Express options available
WA: 5-8 business days - Express options available
SA: 2-4 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Luxe Bouquet ships within Australia and internationally.
Are your products safe to ship worldwide? Will they break during transit?
All floral arrangements are carefully and securely packed in custom Luxe Bouquet protective packaging to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We have experience with sending tens of thousands of delicate packages all over Australia and the rest of the world over the years with minimal issues. Every order includes complimentary shipping insurance for added peace of mind, which covers the full purchase cost of your order.
I want to order for a future date. How do I do this?
You can select a future date for all our floral arrangements. There is a calendar date picker at the cart screen during checkout where you can select a delivery date.
If you have successfully selected a delivery date at the cart screen during checkout, you will see the date displayed in your order confirmation email.
If you cannot see a date displayed within the email, this means that you did not select a date, and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. If this is incorrect and you would like us to send it by a specific date, please send us an email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will try our best to accommodate.
Do you accept pre-orders?
Yes! We love taking pre-orders and highly encourage this option as most products are very popular and may run out of stock closer to your special day. To pre-order, simply select a future date at the cart screen. You will then receive an email notification close to that date when your arrangement is ready to ship.
I want to send my roses anonymously. How do I make sure the recipient won’t know it is from me?
You can be anonymous with your order. All Luxe Bouquet deliveries will only include the recipient's details upon arrival and no invoice/billing details from the sender.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we offer express shipping options available at checkout which start at $15 AUD. This will expedite your order and our florists will prioritise and fast-track the preparation of your order. We will aim to have your order dispatched from the warehouse the same day or next business day. If you select the express shipping option for a future dated delivery then we will prioritise your order and dispatch using an express courier service. Do you offer same-day delivery?
We currently only offer same-day weekday delivery for Metropolitan Sydney if the order is placed before 2PM (Sydney Time). This shipping option must be selected during checkout for an additional fee of $50.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, however we can only offer this weekend service for arrangements in Metro Sydney areas. You can select the Saturday Metro Delivery option at checkout and we will have the flowers delivered on the upcoming Saturday. Please email us at email@example.com discuss weekend deliveries.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges due to changes of mind. Please be mindful that each rose bud and stem may vary slightly in size, shape and appearance as specified in each product listing. Rose colours may also appear different due to lighting.
What if my order arrives damaged?
At Luxe Bouquet, our customised arrangements are all hand-crafted to the highest standards. If for any reason your bouquet is damaged or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org pictures attached within 24 hours of receiving it and our team will assist you. All approved refunds for damaged or defective arrangements will be issued as per the original method of payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Any cancellations must be made within 2 hours of the order being as placed as all our products are made to order. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted for customised floral arrangements, orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit.
Order cancellations will incur a $50.00 AUD administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee. Please email email@example.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately no. At this stage, we do not have a physical store for you to visit. You can only place orders via our website. If you have any questions about a specific product please reach out via email at firstname.lastname@example.org our friendly team will be happy to assist you.
