All flower arrangements are carefully and securely packed in custom Luxe Bouquet protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Every order includes complimentary full shipping insurance for added peace of mind, which covers the purchase cost of your order. Due to the nature of our arrangements, our couriers do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Please allow 1 to 4 business days for delivery to most metro cities within Australia. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and delivery times will vary depending on your distance from metro Sydney. Deliveries to WA (Perth), NT (Darwin) and TAS (Hobart) may take longer, however Express and Priority shipping options are available at the shipping screen.
Please note: Pre-ordering is available and is encouraged as we may sell out closer to your special date. Simply select a future delivery date at the cart screen during checkout. You can find confirmation of the selected date displayed in your order confirmation email. If no date is selected, orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Are your everlasting roses real?
Yes! Luxe Bouquet’s everlasting roses are natural, fresh Ecuadorian roses that have been specially treated with a proprietary solution to maintain their appearance for up to a year. Our preserved flowers are non-carcinogenic, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and do not pose any risk to human health or the environment.
Please note we have also recently introduced our synthetic range of artificial (not real) roses. These include our Luxe Rose Bears and LED Rose Domes.
How do I take care of my everlasting roses?
Luxe Bouquet’s everlasting roses (not including the synthetic range) are designed for minimal maintenance. Please carefully take note of the following recommendations for a long-lasting impression of our Everlasting roses:
- Do not water the roses.
- Do not remove the roses from their packaging.
- Use a gentle brush to remove any dust that has accumulated on the rose petals.
- Keep the roses at room-temperature.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, strong air conditioning vents and fans.
- Wipe our Everlasting Rose domes with a microfibre cloth and glass cleaner to reduce fogginess.
Do you make personalised floral arrangements?
Of course! We can personalise any arrangement to match your vision. Examples include letters, symbols, patterns or a combination of your favourite colours from our extensive colour palette. Please send us an email us at info@luxebouquet.com.au so we can start working with you.
Please note, we do require notice one week in advance for any special arrangements.
Can I schedule a delivery?
We highly encourage pre-ordering for a future date as most products are very popular and may run out of stock closer to your special day. To pre-order for a scheduled delivery, simply select a future date at the cart screen. You will then receive an email notification close to that date when your arrangement is ready to ship.
