Are your roses real?
Yes! Luxe Bouquet’s roses are natural, fresh roses that have been specially treated with a proprietary solution to maintain their appearance for up to a year. Our preserved flowers are non-carcinogenic, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and do not pose any risk to human health or the environment.
How do I take care of my roses?
Luxe Bouquet’s roses are designed for minimal maintenance. Please carefully take note of the following recommendations for a long-lasting impression of our Everlasting roses:
- Do not water the roses.
- Do not remove the roses from their packaging.
- Use a gentle brush to remove any dust that has accumulated on the rose petals.
- Keep the roses at room-temperature.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, strong air conditioning vents and fans.
- Wipe our Everlasting Rose domes with a microfibre cloth and glass cleaner to reduce fogginess.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Luxe Bouquet ships within Australia and internationally.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes however we can only offer this service for arrangements in Sydney metro areas. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss this.
Do you take pre-orders?
Yes! We love taking pre-orders. Simply select a future date at the check out screen. You will then receive an email notification close to that date when your arrangement is ready to ship.
Do you do personalised floral arrangements?
Of course! We do require notice one week in advance for any special arrangements. Please send us an email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you cater for corporate functions/party events/weddings?
Yes! Please send us an email at email@example.com to further discuss your ideas.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges due to changes of mind. Please be mindful that each rose bud and stem may vary slightly in size, shape and appearance. Rose colours may also appear different due to lighting.
At Luxe Bouquet, our customised arrangements are all crafted to the highest standards. If your bouquet is damaged or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures attached within 24 hours of receiving it and our team will assist you. All approved refunds for damaged or defective arrangements will be issued as per the original method of payment.
